The University of Surrey is a partner in the Blockstart Programme that connects SMEs in healthcare, agrofood, logistics and supply chains to expertise in Blockchain technology.
Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLT) are rapidly reshaping how society can benefit from digitalisation. Blockchain technology offers great potential for small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); it can cut costs and risks, and assist with a range of challenges, including information sharing, security and integrity. However, many SMEs find it difficult to adopt new technologies because the scale of their business is often too small. The Blockstart Programme is designed to change this.
SMEs in healthcare, agrofood, logistics or supply chains are invited to join this free training programme, which is tailored to your needs to offer you a learning platform, business support and networking opportunities, as well as access to academic expertise and a testing environment.
If you are an SME and are interested in the Blockstart Programme, contact us via our contact form or reach out to the University of Surrey directly via collaborate@surrey.ac.uk.
