After working with numerous healthcare organisations on the impact blockchain can have on their business, 23Consulting realised that many of them had a wrong approach: they were looking for ways blockchain could be integrated into their solutions without trying to first identify what problems or bottlenecks they were addressing. It felt like they had a solution in search of a problem to solve instead of a problem in search of a solution.

This is why 23Consulting developed this training: Blockchain for Business - Business Cases. 23Consulting's goal is to provide participants with the correct methodology to go from a pain point to the appropriate solution.

In this training you will learn :

- What is blockchain technology and what type of pain points it addresses ;

- How to efficiently identify bottlenecks in your processes or your solutions ;

- How to assess whether or not blockchain is the correct solution in your case ;

- How to develop a blockchain use case.

Duration

The virtual workshop lasts 6 hours and is divided into three different units of 2 hours each and takes place over a period of three consecutive days:

o 1/3: 5th October 2021 at 14:00 - 16:00

o 2/3: 6th October 2021 at 14:00 - 16:00

o 3/3: 7th October 2021 at 14:00 - 16:00

Cost
